BrainWAVE BC 2019 Whitecaps Soccer Game

BrainWAVE invites its members to Kick off 2019!

Join BrainWAVE for lunch and then a soccer game:

  • Registration, lunch, and family fun activities at White Spot Restaurant, before heading to BC Place Stadium
     
  • BrainWAVE kids participate in the flag ceremony and watch the players warm up
     
  • Enjoy the home opening game between the Vancouver Whitecaps FC and Minnesota United FC, while looking out for yourselves on the Jumbotron!

Please note: Registration for this event was open to pediatric brain tumour patients / survivors and their immediate family only.  Alcohol is not permitted at any BrainWAVE events.

For registering, please note:

Lunch is provided. An entrée, dessert, and drinks will be provided. Please indicate your choice from the following entrée options on the form where indicated:  

  1. Bacon Cheddar Bigger Burger6oz Beef burger with hickory smoked, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato & Triple “O” sauce. Served with coleslaw and fries  

  2. Brie & Mushroom Veggie BurgerCrispy veggie patty with brie, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, mayo, arugula, tomato & balsamic glaze. Served with coleslaw and fries  
     
  3. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (available as vegetarian and GF), Lemon-chargrilled fresh BC chicken breast, Parmesan cream sauce with sautéed mushrooms, green onion & spinach. Garlic panini  
     
  4. 2 Pcs Fish and ChipsTwo pieces of crispy tempura cod. Served with coleslaw and fries.  
     
  5. Pirate Pak (for kids under 10 - please specify which meal from the choices here).

Please indicate if there are any food restrictions/requirements and/or mobility restrictions/requirements. 

BrainWAVE families will be escorted to the field level to participate in the flag bearing open ceremonies.  BrainWAVE children are not required to participate yet accommodations can be made to have a parent/adult accompany the child if needed. 

BrainWAVE families will have to purchase their own food and drinks while at BC Place Stadium. Note: Alcohol is not permitted at any BrainWAVE events.
