Let’s Kick Off Brain Tumours!
You are Invited to Three Brain Tumour Awareness Games with London City Soccer

London City Soccer’s 2010 season will be a tribute year in honour of owner Harry Paul Gauss who passed away in 2009 after a three-year battle with a brain tumour. Along with his father Max (Markus) Gauss, Harry launched the London City Soccer Club in 1973 which has become the longest continuously run professional soccer club in North America. Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada is proud to work with London City Soccer to raise awareness about this disease with three Brain Tumour Awareness Games during the 2010 season.
The following games will be ‘Brain Tumour Awareness Games’ and you are invited to join BrainWAVE, local volunteers and other members of our community at each of these events! Reserve your tickets now for any of the following games (you may request up to six tickets for each game):
• Friday, May 28, 2010, 8:40 pm: London City will play TFC Academy (Opening Game)
• Friday, July 16, 2010, 8:40 pm: London City will play York Region Shooters
• Saturday, September 25, 2010, 7:40 pm London City will play Milltown FC (Last regular season game)
Where: Cove Road Field, (German Canadian Club) London, ON (see reverse for map)
Come dressed to help raise awareness by donning orange, blue or any Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada clothing. When you arrive at the game, come visit our booth for balloons and other fun things!
